6. Agreement to proceed

Once this Application Form is submitted, CEDR will contact Apple providing a copy of this Application Form, as completed by you. If your dispute is eligible for the Mediation Process and Apple consents to mediate, CEDR will confirm with both parties the appointed mediator and the date of the mediation.
